 The #NFINITE8 Scholarship Legacy Fund was born out of a desire to turn tragedy into triumph and honor a milestone. Established in 2026, the fund serves as a living tribute to Dominicus J. Young, whose life was defined by joy, curiosity, and kindness.

The mission of the #NFINITE8 Scholarship Legacy Fund is to empower the next generation of leaders by removing financial barriers to higher education. We provide scholarships to students who demonstrate resilience and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that the spirit of Dominicus J. Young continues to create an infinite positive impact through the success of future generations.

WHY THE NAME "NFINITE8"?

DJ entered this world on 08.08.08, a date of perfect alignment. In many cultures, the number 8 represents abundance and new beginnings. When turned on its side, it becomes the infinity symbol (∞). For us, 8-8-08 wasn't just a birthday; it was a promise that DJ’s energy, his 'Black Boy Joy', and his impact would have no end.
